The “Making Virtual Meetings Accessible” training is scheduled for December 21st 3:00 to 4:30. This training will provide participants with basic information on how to make your virtual meetings more accessible for people with disabilities. The training highlights tips you should do before your meeting, effective communication, reasonable accommodations, and managing virtual platforms with accessibility in mind.
The Zoom registration is here. Please share with anyone interested in attending. Accessible PowerPoint slides for the training will be provided next week for those who register for the event. This event is only open to those who register.
American Sign Language (ASL) and Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) captioning will be provided for this training.
